Returns
All of the Mini Matisse products are custom made for your order, therefore we cant accept returns for exchange or for a refund. We ensure quality with every product, however we will work to replace an item as quickly as possible in the event of receiving a damaged or faulty item.
To make a refund or exchange for a faulty or damaged product email us within 14 days of receiving with your order details and images of damaged/faulty product.
Shipping
All items are custom made, once your design is placed processing takes between 24-48 da, this allows us time to prep the image for printing as well as the printing time. Once the order has been completed we will ship directly to you.
All orders are printed and shipped in Melbourne.Transit times are between 3-10 days depending on where you are located. Delivery times can be slightly longer in busy times and holiday seasons,
No stress if your order is a gift, we’ll always send the invoice electronically and never in your package for discreet gifting!
Once your order is shipped we will send you all the details, including tracking information.
Order Changes
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order, if you require a change to your order contact us at hello@minimatisse.com.au
We can not guarantee any changes after the 24hr cut-off.
