Thank you for shopping at Mini Matisse, order details with shipping updates will be sent via email.

All orders have a processing/handling time of 1-3 days prior to shipping.
Shipping times are 4-21 day, dependent on destination, no orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
