How it works

1. Select your favourite design and choose from the options available above.

2. Send us their artwork. Take a clear photo or scan and submit it using the upload form on the product page. For this design, please provide one artwork or up to 3 artwork if you are undecided on the best option. Add personalisation details when ordering.

3. Review your preview. We’ll prepare your personalised design and send a preview for you to check. Review the artwork and any names or dates, then let us know if something needs adjusting before you approve it.

4. Receive your keepsake. Once approved, we’ll prepare your print in your selected format.

Fine-art paper print

Your personalised design is printed on 210GSM using Digital inkjet (giclée) dry process.

Select from the sizes available for this design:

•A4: 21 × 29.7 cm.

•A3: 29.7 × 42 cm.

•A2: 42 × 59.4 cm.

Print supplied unframed. Frames shown are for styling purposes only.

Digital file

Receive Print-ready PDF and JPEG files via email. You can arrange printing yourself. No physical print or frame is supplied with the digital option, and no postal shipping applies to that option.

Shipping and turnaround

Paper prints within Australia Standard shipping is A$12.95. Free standard shipping applies to eligible Australian orders $60+.

Your preview is prepared within 1-2 Business days after we receive your order and suitable artwork. Once you approve your design, paper prints are usually dispatched within 1 day. Allow a further 7 Days for delivery after dispatch.

We’ll email your shipping updates and tracking details. Delivery estimates are a guide, not a guaranteed arrival date. Please allow extra time during busy periods and public holidays.

Digital files After you approve your preview, your personalised digital file is delivered via email within 24hrs. It is a custom design, not an instant download. No postal shipping charge applies to a digital-only order.

You’ll receive a preview to review before your paper print is produced. FAQs

What kind of artwork can I use?

Paintings, crayon pictures and marker drawings can all be used. Artwork with plenty of colour and marks across the page generally works well, as these become part of your personalised design.

How should I photograph the artwork?

Lay the artwork flat in natural light and photograph it straight from above. Include the whole page and avoid flash, shadows and glare. You can also upload a scan.

Can I upload more than one artwork?

If you’re unsure which artwork to choose, upload up to three for us to review. We’ll help select the one that works best with your chosen design.

Will my print look exactly like the example?

The design will follow the example shown, but its colours and textures will come from the artwork you upload. Your finished print will be personal to your child’s creation.

Can you add my child’s name or a special date?

Yes! Simply add the name and date exactly as you’d like them to appear in the order notes at checkout. You’ll be able to check these details in your preview.

Will I see a preview before my print is finished?

Yes. We’ll send a preview for you to review before preparing your final print or digital file. Check the design and any personalisation details, and let us know if something needs adjusting before you approve it.

Do I need to buy an art kit first?

No! You can use artwork your child has already created. If you’d like to make something new together, explore our Art Gift Kits and check each kit’s contents and any included print voucher.

Can I use my art-kit print voucher?

Check your voucher to see which print format it covers, then follow its redemption instructions when ordering. If you’re unsure, email before placing your order.
